Vinen er lavet på 100% Grenache fra meget gamle stokke i Cairanne. Vinen har den sjældne kombination at stor finesse kombineret med eksplosiv kraft. Forrygende sammen med en velmodnet Rib Eye eller anden kraftig enkel mad. Cuvée Marcel Roche er simpelthen et mesterværk . Smager ualmindeligt meget som stor Chateauneuf du Pape. Blot er prisen en helt anden.
