The 2019 Cairanne La Bousquette also comes from older vines and is a mix of mostly Grenache with a splash of Carignan. This incredibly complex Cairanne is the most concentrated and backward in the lineup, revealing a deep purple hue as well as gorgeous nose of blackberries, peppery garrigue, new leather, and licorice. Medium to full-bodied, with a great mid-palate as well as ripe yet present tannins, it’s going to benefit from a few years in the cellar and have a solid 10-15 years of overall longevity. 93-95 point Jeb Dunnuck ex Wine Advocate
