The 2017 Chablis Vaudécorse was picked on 10 September, 40-hectolitres in total. It has a floral, buttercup and dandelion scented bouquet that is very well defined and focused. The palate is well delineated with a little rondeur on the entry, smooth and harmonious with a precise, tightly-coiled finish that will benefit from a year or so in bottle. This is a stylish Chablis from Picq.90- 92 point Vinous
“The 2017 Chablis En Vaudécorse exhibits a sun-kissed bouquet of fresh peach, dried white flowers and honeycomb. On the palate, it’s medium to full-bodied, broad and satiny, with a fleshy core of fruit, tangy acids and a nicely defined, saline finish. “Wine Advocate
